Doubles up as a clothes dye
If your planning a larger project and are looking to save money, then you will be happy to know that our upholstery paint makes use of exactly the same formula as our soft fabric paint. This means you can use it as a clothes dye, or a general material dye for anything a bit bigger and it will leave your material soft, safe and vibrant (much like a good quality machine dye, without the hassle).

Head’s-up: Not all upholstery will be suitable for spraying with Upholstery Spray. That’s why we recommend that you carry out a quick test to see if it is going to work. Simply check if water can absorb into the fabric, if it soaks it up/dampens the material then it is likely this green dye will work. If however your fabric is coated in some way and water cannot absorb into it, then this dye is unlikely to be effective. However, within our Simply Spray range you will probably find a different product up to the task, from our leather spray, to our new waterproof furniture dye (specially formulated to adhere to waterproof fabrics and indeed add a waterproof layer to fabric).
We always recommend that you try our spray paints on a small, out of the way, patch of your material just to ensure it is suitable, before you spray the full item.
