Every time you buy something from one of the TNG stable of websites (www.britink.co.uk, www.perfumes-uk.co.uk and www.fabricspray.co.uk) you earn points - £1 spent on goods = 1 point.
How do I redeem my points?
Just drop us an email at rewards@needham-group.com and we will send you a discount voucher code for use on our websites. Please say how much you want to redeem and which website. You’ll get a code which will reduce your spend on the website next time you make a purchase.
You can use points on any of the websites, not just the one where you earned the points.

How can I earn Loyalty Points?
It’s easy! There is no need to register. Just make a purchase from any of our websites including your email address when you order and the points will be added to your account automatically. You can earn points buying ink cartridges and use them to buy perfume or aftershave!

How can I earn Referral Points?
The really fast way to earn points is through our referral system. This is different from nearly every other scheme we know – and the reason is you get more points when your friends spend more with us – for years – not just a one-off reward when they come for the first time.
Read that bit again! Yes we keep giving you points when you’re friends buy, even if you don’t.
You might think we’re mad – but we think you should keep being rewarded for telling us about someone who then becomes a loyal customer.
Every time they earn Loyalty Points, you earn the same amount in Referral Points. Imagine if you had several friends all who bought their ink cartridges, fabric spray or perfume and aftershave from us –you might even earn enough to do all your Christmas shopping, or get your own ink for free!
How do I refer someone?
Just send them an email telling them about us and copy us in (rewards@needham-group.com). We’ll make a note of their email address next to yours and if they buy we’ll credit you and them with the points. If they reply to us saying they’d rather not be involved, we’ll remove them from the list. Simple as that.
We promise we won’t let anyone else have access to these addresses, and you won’t get any spam. You’ll just get regular statements telling you how many points you’ve earned. Oh, and you can’t find out what your friends have purchased – you just get told how many points you’ve earned.
We will have to limit the referred email addresses per customer to a reasonable number just to prevent someone spamming their whole university/company or something – which isn’t really the same as ‘referring’ us. If you really want to operate on that sort of scale, contact us about becoming a commission based sales agent!
How do I opt out?
We understand that some people don’t want to collect free rewards for free money off vouchers, or don’t want to refer their friends. If you’d like to be removed from our system, then just send an email to rewards@needham-group.com.
Where’s the catch?
Well there isn’t one really. We have some terms and conditions (below) which you are free to read but we don’t think you’ll find anything unusual in there. We just see this as a better way of spending our marketing budget than paying for adverts that cost a lot of money and don’t persuade new people to come to us as well as you do. We pride ourselves on our good service, low prices and great products, and you are the best people to tell others about that.
